Andrew McCabe

Andrew (Andy) McCabe has been practicing workers' compensation law since 2006. Before joining the firm, Andy spent his entire career representing workers' compensation insurance companies and self-insured employers defending workers' compensation claims, including most recently with a prominent state-wide defense firm.

Andy has since decided to focus his legal efforts on helping injured workers navigate California's complex workers' compensation system. With his knowledge of the tactics defense firms use, Andy knows how to help his clients obtain the compensation they deserve. He is a Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist in the state of California. While studying law, Andy interned with both the San Francisco Public Defender's Office and the San Francisco City Attorney's Office. Andy is based in San Francisco and handles cases in San Francisco, Oakland, and throughout the Bay Area.

Erica Willis

LOS ANGELES · SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Erica Willis is a workers' compensation attorney with over 14 years of experience practicing on all sides of the law. Ms. Willis began her career in legal defense, working as a Partner in a prominent statewide law firm where she managed a law office and eventually joined their flagship office as an assistant managing attorney. Ms. Willis has also worked behind the scenes, providing legal education for WorkCompCentral, a leading workers' compensation news, training, and education provider for the industry. There she assisted with content contracts for the people who train attorneys, physicians, and claims professionals on all aspects of workers' compensation law. Ms.

Willis' familiarity with the practice has been recognized by the State Bar of California, which has certified her as a Workers' Compensation Specialist. With her experience representing defendants, she understands the negotiation tactics insurance companies may try to use to minimize compensation. Now representing injured workers, she is prepared to vigorously and strategically represent them and help them receive every benefit available.

Ani Ghazaryan

Ani Ghazaryan is an advocate for applicants' rights with a wide range of experience practicing workers' compensation law. After graduating from law school she worked as a Social Security Disability Attorney and gained extensive experience helping injured individuals with their legal cases.

As a workers' compensation attorney, Ani first worked representing insurance companies and gained invaluable experience understanding the array of issues behind the claims process. However, she preferred focusing on helping the applicants and has been very passionate about representing injured parties seeking justice against insurance companies. She believes that each worker must get the proper medical treatment and financial compensation in order to recover from work injury and move on with their life.

Daniel Dailey

SACRAMENTO · SURROUNDING AREAS

Mr. Dailey earned his law degree at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. After graduation, he moved back to his hometown of Los Angeles and worked as a criminal defense attorney for a short time. Thereafter, Mr. Dailey went into workers' compensation and never looked back. He gained valuable experience and exposure to a variety of cases working as a defense attorney for 12 years with a prominent law firm. He then moved to Sacramento to become a managing attorney.

After taking time off due to a medical condition, Mr. Dailey returned to workers' comp, this time applying his vast knowledge of the system to the benefit of injured workers. With over 20 years of experience, he has seen everything from simple finger injuries to the most complex cases and takes great pride in his knowledge of comp to bring the best resolution to each client. Spare time is spent with his wife of over 25 years and his three children — and recently, to his family's mild dismay, fantasy football and hockey.

Newsha Alsafar

ORANGE COUNTY · SAN DIEGO

Newsha Alsafar is a workers' compensation attorney with over 20 years of experience practicing on all sides of the law. Ms. Alsafar began her career in legal defense, working for prominent defense firms for over 10 years. Subsequently, she began representing injured workers and professional athletes, working at a prominent applicant sports workers' compensation firm representing professional athletes from the MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, and NSL.

During this stage of her career, she obtained substantial settlements for professional athletes with severe injuries, including traumatic brain injuries. Her passion for helping injured workers has led her to represent injured parties seeking compensation against insurance companies. She is committed to ensuring Applicants obtain the best possible result and settlement from their case. Ms. Alsafar primarily works on cases in Southern California, including Orange County, San Diego County, and surrounding areas.
